Shipping policy

Order processing may take between 5 and 10 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday. This does not include holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. You have the option to choose your shipping carrier during checkout.

Please note that the shipping time selected at checkout applies only to the shipping speed of your order and is not guaranteed by the shipping carriers. Our processing time remains the same regardless of the shipping speed you choose.

You will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please make sure to enter your address correctly and verify it carefully, as your order will be shipped to the address listed on your order confirmation/receipt. This includes PayPal addresses. If a package is returned or needs to be reshipped for any reason that is not our error, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
